Does it find leads automatically?

Not in v1. Outreach starts with manual entry and assisted enrichment. It avoids cost, scraping and noise before validating the flow.

Does AI send emails by itself?

No. Claude proposes files, classifications and emails, but the user reviews before queueing any send.

Is it for mass campaigns?

That is not the goal. It is for selective B2B contact, with intervals, limits and mandatory unsubscribe.

Can it later be sold as SaaS?

Yes, the schema starts multi-tenant. But the sensible decision is to validate it internally before building billing, onboarding and superadmin.

What is the biggest risk?

Sending reputation. If shared SMTP and the main domain are used, keep volume conservative and consider a transactional service before scaling.
